Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on wins88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are solely owned by them.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process. Funds are typically credited to your account within a set timeframe depending on your chosen payment method.

Account Termination & Suspension
Wins88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to recover any remaining balance in their account.
Users may also choose to close their own account by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the wins88 platform are the exclusive property of wins88 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any such content without prior written authorisation.
